Waiting List Privacy Notice
This short notice explains how Stavros Vlavianos, trading as Partner Up (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles your personal data when you join the Partner Up waiting list through this website. It applies only to the pre-launch waiting list. When the Partner Up app launches, a full Privacy Policy will govern your use of the app, and we will make it available before you create an account.
1. Who we are
Partner Up is currently operated by Stavros Vlavianos as a sole trader (we are not yet an incorporated company). We are the data controller for the personal data you provide through the waiting list.

We expect to form a company (intended name: Partner Up Ltd) before the app launches. If the data controller changes as a result, we will update this notice and tell waiting-list members.
2. What we collect
To join the waiting list, we collect only your email address.
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not collect any other information about you when you visit or sign up. Please see our Cookie Notice for details.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your email address only to:
- notify you when Partner Up launches; and
- send you occasional updates about the launch.
Our legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give when you submit your email to join the waiting list. We will not use your email for any other purpose, and we will not add you to any unrelated marketing.
4. Who we share it with
Our waiting list sign-up form is provided by Waitlister (waitlister.me), and your email address is collected and stored on our behalf within Waitlister. We use Cloudflare to host and route this website, and any emails you send us at hello@mypartnerup.com are received through Google (Gmail). These providers process your data only so that we can operate the waiting list and respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UK or European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, we rely on an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your email on the waiting list until the earliest of: (a) Partner Up launching and you either creating an account or declining to; (b) you unsubscribing or withdrawing your consent; or (c) four months from the date you joined. After that point we delete your email within 30 days, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — either by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email we send you, or by contacting us at hello@mypartnerup.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

8. Age
Partner Up is an 18+ service and the waiting list is intended for adults. Please do not join the waiting list if you are under 18.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice before launch, we will post the updated version here and update the date above. The full app Privacy Policy will replace this notice when Partner Up launches.
